Middle Eastern pate
A tin of Cannellini beans
2 large garlic cloves
1—2 dessert spoons of olive oil
1 dessert spoon of lemon juice
Small bunch of fresh coriander
Salt to taste
Literally, mix all the ingredients together in a blender, adding more lemon juice / oil for texture and seasoning to taste.
How easy is that?
Serve with warm pitta bread as a starter
