Monty Don turns eco food champion

Monty Don, newly named President of the Soil Association, calls for us to turn over urban land for growing and become more self reliant in food. Don notes Cuba's success in creating reilliance to dwindling fuel supplies after the collapse of the Soviet Union by turning huge swathes of inner city land over to growing vegetables.
